Engraving
Engraving charges are shown after you select your item. There is no limit to the amount of text you can have as long as we can fit it into the engraving space. If we think there will be a problem with your engraving details we will phone or email you to discuss your order, and to offer our suggestions. Please take care when entering your engraving details, please check spelling, grammar and use of capitals and lower case, what you type in the boxes is what will appear on your order.
To enter your engraving simply select the chosen item and follow the information boxes, where it will explain how to set out the engraving. There are also layout boxes available if you have any specific requirements you want to tell us about. If you do not require any engraving simply leave the engraving boxes empty, and go straight to the "Add to Basket" button. Take care not to leave any blank spaces in the engraving boxes or you could be charged at checkout.
Engraving Text
19mm high bases: R1-R2-R3-R4 will take 3 lines of text easily, 4 lines if necessary but the text will be quite small. Ideally around 50 characters maximum including spaces.
45mm high bases: S1-S2 will take 4 lines of text easily, 5 lines if necessary ideally around 100 characters maximum including spaces.
S3 plinth range start at 55mm high up to 100mm, Plate sizes (S3-R050 35mm x 30mm) (S3-R060 & S3-R080 50mm x 38mm) (S3-R100 65mm x 55mm) (S3-R125 75mm x 60mm). Ideally a maximum of 150 characters including spaces.
Logo Engraving
If you wish to have a company or club logo engraved, please email us your logo ideally in a black and white Eps file format with details of what item it is to be engraved onto and we will send you a quote.

When choosing a font
If you have a lot of engraving to fit in a small area Gothic is an ideal choice, with it's clean lines the text really stands out and is easily read. English Script is a beautiful classic font but it's not at it's best if again you have a lot of text in a small area it can be difficult to read.
