Ordering
Making a purchase in this website is made as simple as possible. If you are unsure about any aspect of the site please do not hesitate to contact us for any advice you require. We always welcome our customers thoughts on our service, so we can offer the best service to you. After placing an online order you shall receive a confirmation email, and a further email the day your order is ready for dispatch so you can expect delivery the next working day during business hours. We can not give set delivery times for standard next day deliveries, however if necessary we can upgrade the order to an AM delivery at extra cost. It is possible for us to deliver to a different address if this helps. Delivery times for engraved items normally 5-7 working days, non engraved items can be 2-5 working days, all depending on stock availability. If any items are out of stock we will contact you immediately so you can decide whether you want to wait or be refunded. Please advise us if you're order is needed urgently we will always do our utmost to help.
Prices
All prices on this website include V.A.T., at current rate.
Payment
We can accept cheque or debit/credit card payments, cheques are subject to clearance before dispatch of goods. We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Master card, Maestro and JCB, unfortunately we cannot accept American Express. When you place an order on this website the details are encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates from Sage Pay’s systems the new name for Protx.They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.

Returns
Returns can be made as long as sent back in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, if returned within 14 days, for a full credit of the goods price at time of order, the purchaser must bear the cost of delivery for unwanted products we cannot refund carriage charges. Bespoke items made to customer requirements and engraved items cannot be returned. If you find we have made an error with your order you need to contact us immediately and it will be rectified to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. In the event of shortages or goods arriving in a damaged or imperfect way, delivery costs will be reimbursed. In the case of damages documentation from the delivery driver must be signed for appropriately ( Packaging Damaged - Goods not inspected ). A full credit will be issued once we have received your goods, you must contact us first before returning any unwanted items. Privacy Policy
The privacy of our customer is of paramount importance to us. Therefore the information collected during the checkout process, personal or otherwise, will not be retained or passed to any third parties on completion of orders.
