Terms, Returns & Privacy Policy
Please find below Terms & Conditions, Returns and Privacy information for AllwoodsDirect and Allwood Products:
- Orders received for stock items are despatched via Target Express on a 24hr (next working day delivery). Any stock shortages will be notified by email.
- All deliveries must be signed for, should there be no one available there will be a surcharge for redelivery.
- Boxes arriving damaged (although highly unusual) should be signed for accordingly, "Packaging damaged, goods not inspected" and notified to ourselves within 4 working days of despatch in order we can instigate a claim. Replacement item would be despatched urgently.
- You have the right to cancel an order within a reasonable time (14 Days) and return in original packaging undamaged for a full credit. However bespoke items (made to customers size and specification) cannot be returned.
- All engraving will be carried out exactly to your ordered requirement but we stress you check all spellings and grammar as errors copied from your original order cannot be returned.
- We pride ourselves in the quality of product we supply and service we give, in the unlikely event you experience a problem we urge you to make us aware of it, so we have a chance to rectify it without delay.
- The privacy of our customer is of paramount importance to us. Therefore the information, personal or otherwise, given to us in order to process your order will not be retained or passed to any third parties on completion of your order. We fully comply with all applicable rules of the Data Protection Act 1998.
