I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the product I ordered from you. It was not only perfect for the purpose I had in mind, but the quality was far higher than I had expected. The wood looked smooth and well presented and the felt was well finished. The brass plaque, being screwed on, made it look really high quality and just right for the job. This is without mentioning the speed with which it was delivered! I ordered on Bank holiday Monday, and received it by Wednesday!

Hi, I know people only really get in touch to complain, but I just wanted to drop you all a note to say how much I appreciated how quickly you delivered the trophy base the other day, and how happy I was with the base itself. I mounted a gold painted potato on it to give out as a prize, and it looks brilliant. Well, as brilliant a golden potato is ever going to. My boss was very impressed with it, and our big bosses were in town and loved it too, so thanks again for helping me look good
